1701 Old Island Highway

This 8,000 square foot commercial office building contains an early childhood education center with a large playground, as well as a 1,000 square foot doctors' office on the ground floor. Another 4,000 square feet of leasable professional office space is provided on the second floor. Extensive landscape features and civil engineering works combine on the site to manage stormwater and re-introduce a densely vegetated landscape to this brownfield site.

This Project is complete as of April 2014. The Doctors' office and Montessori Pre-school (Bloom Montessori) are now operational.
