This project will see 167,000 square feet of leasable and saleable, light industrial space constructed in phases over the next few years. The project utilizes an empty gravel lot in combination with a disused par 3 golf course along the Island Highway in Duncan. The largest of the 8 buildings will be occupied by a group of companies involved in the manufacture of whole foods and allergen-free foods. This group will occupy approximately 67,000 square feet in a central building with 3,000 and 6,000 square foot spaces to accommodate communal retail and educational facilities, daycare and shipping and receiving facilities.
Standard sized spaces of 2,000 square feet will be distributed among the remaining 7 buildings for occupation, by lease or by strata title. It opened in 2014.
