This 6 suite waterfront condominium in Brentwood Bay received a Gold Certification from LEED Canada for Homes from the Canadian Green Building Council last year. Selected by Nygaard Interior Design, it combines high-quality interior finishes with a custom exterior finish palette of select cedar siding and Galvalume sheet metal. The project is an eye catching addition to the waterfront in Brentwood Bay Village.

Situated next to the award-winning Brentwood Bay Lodge, the project operates as an annex to that facility and shares many of its amenities, including an awe inspiring view across Saanich Inlet, which is enhanced by floor-to-ceiling glazing.

The project incorporates green roofs and low water landscaping, low energy lighting & appliances, and an energy efficient, highly insulated building envelope. State-of-the-art wood and aluminum windows combine low-E glazing and energy conserving frames to minimize heat loss in the cold months and heat gain from solar exposure.
