125 Wilson Street

Edith Gunning Court was developed for the Capital Mental Health Association with funding from BC Housing. The project provides 33 suites of affordable housing for clients of the association as well as seniors, people with mobility challenges, and low-income families.

The site contains 2 buildings, a 27 suite apartment building, and a 6 suite townhouse along Wilson Street. The buildings frame a landscaped courtyard with children’s play area and equipment. Overlooking Victoria West park, the development provides much needed affordable and special needs housing in close proximity to the rapidly developing commercial core of Vic West.
