It's been a while since our last update. Exciting new and existing projects have been keeping us very busy. 2016 saw us complete two BC Housing projects. This large project in View Royal will provide 60 rental apartments in two buildings on one of two remaining lots in the Lakeview Village community near Thetis Lake. Designed for the Pacific Coast Land Company and slated to start construction in early summer of 2017, this project will provide 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments along with underground parking and ample bicycle storage.

The final lot to be developed in the Lakeside Village community. Developed for another client, this project for West Urban Developments will see 63 rental apartments and 7 townhouses for sale on this sloped site right next to Nursery Hill Park. This project will also feature a fully underground parking garage. The townhouses provide individual garages for each unit and feature a southern exposure towards the Galloping Goose Regional Trail. Views from the apartments will feature Esquimalt Harbour, the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains in the distance.
